My first born started with Zainab when he was 8 months old - he is now almost 18 months old, still with Zainab and thriving!

I initially came across Zainab on this website. As a first time parent, also being anxious, I hounded Zainab with messages to ask if me and my husband could meet her in person, see the setting for ourselves and discuss my sons potential care - Zainab was very pleasant and responsive and we arranged a visit - we were shown around the full setting and many of our questions were answered which reassured us.

My son is sleep trained, therefore, has a specific sleep schedule and routine for naptime - adherence to this was our biggest concern with any potential carer. After showing Zainab his routine only once, Zainab and her team have followed the exact routine, in fact, initially, we asked for specific times to be communicated to us and this was also followed - this really overjoyed us as parents. The communication was excellent and up until now, Zainab and her team have been consistent with following my sons schedule especially his sleep schedule and timings.

They have listened to us as parents whenever we have asked for certain changes to be made. My son has allergies and they have been extremely cautious with that too, I am always asked if my son can have certain foods if they are unsure. I cant thank and praise the team enough!

Zainab is flexible, which is great! she will always find a way to help which we admire. My son is with Zainab and her team for long hours throughout the week, he is happy when we drop him off and also happy when we pick him up, all the team are fantastic with my son. He is well looked after, well fed, cleaned well (clothing also changed when needed) and is developmentally progressing well, he independently plays well, he is good in social situations, he still needs to learn a lot though but we are confident that he will strive with Zainab and her team.

As a healthcare professoonal myself, I am safeguarding trained, I am well aware of all the signs to look out for if my son is being mistreated - thankfully, this has never been an issue with Zainab, my child is well looked after and treated and loved like their own! I would highly recommend Zainab and her team! Thankyou to them all!
