Oz worked with my newborn son for the first 3 months of his life. She came to our house 5x a week. She was professional, extremely clean and very very knowledgeable of all things baby. Oz was also very flexible with our schedule like a true maternity nurse Being a first time mom in the UK, without the immediate access of pediatricians (only GP), Oz was that trusted medical expert that I needed to stay calm. She advised me on everything lactation, baby massage, colic, feeding, literally everything. By the time we finished our contract my baby was on an amazing schedule. She is very calm and nurturing. Oz clearly loves what she does, she has a great passion for babies and doula services. I would recommend to everyone!
Kate is everything you need for childcare. We were very pleased with how she looked after our 8yr old who can be difficult and cheeky but Kate had no issues getting her to do what was needed, when it was needed whether it was eating, homework or tidying her room.
We only had to part ways with Kate because my employment finish time became earlier and thus could enrol with after school club and was a financial decision and no fault of Kate’s
Kate never missed a shift, never overcharged, totally trustworthy and made her dinner look better than we did! She gets the homework done when we have so much difficulty and resistance she seems to know the secret!
If we could we would have kept her, and we wish her all the best in finding another family as nice as us!! 🤣 🤞
Rujina is an outstanding childminder who is both professional and trustworthy. My children are always happy in her care, and she provides excellent facilities and accommodations tailored to their needs. I feel completely at ease leaving my kids with her, knowing they are in a safe and nurturing environment. She consistently goes above and beyond, working closely with me and demonstrating a flexible approach that perfectly suits our family and work schedules. I highly recommend Rujina to any parent looking for reliable, high-quality childcare.
Anna Marie is a kind, caring and professional childminder. She genuinely cares for my son and has invested time and love into providing a safe, educational and fun environment for my son and the other children she cares for. My son has been looked after by Anna Marie for 16 months and it's the best decision we made. They go on days out to London, farms, parks, historic sites, play groups, libraries and even a trip to LUSH for a bath bomb making experience! Anna Marie treats my son like part of the family and you can tell by how happy he is to go to hers for the day. We live close to the house and can often see Anna Marie caring for the children when getting in and out the car etc. She is always so calm but the children listen and respect her. I would not hesitate to recommend Anna Marie to anyone. I cannot stress enough the reassurance I felt when going back to work knowing my son was being well looked after. It made my transition back to work less stressful and I love getting pictures and emails sent so I know what he's been up to throughout the day. I will be forever grateful that we found such a fantastic lady and family to take on the care of our son.
Zahra is an excellent childminder. Her house is cosy and at a great location. She is always timely and communicates well about the kids needs. Our kids loved going to her for 3 days a week. Our toddler was 2.5yo and baby was 5 months old when they started going. Our toddler would always get excited on childcare days and ran to Zahra without even saying bye to me! Zahra gave our toddler's crafts back home with us when they drew or painted. She got new toys to meet our baby's developmental needs too which was lovely of her! She also accommodated me picking up one of the kids early for GP appointments. The kids also loved her homecooked foods! I would recommend Zahra for babies and toddlers from my own experience 😊
Magguy is wonderful with our son, creating a warm and welcoming environment that makes him feel right at home. He thrives in the company of the other children in her care, learning and socializing in such a positive way. Additionally, the nutritious after-school meals she prepares are always a hit with him. We couldn't be happier with the care he receives!
My 2 year old son absolutely loves coming to jos playtime he really does adore her and it’s lovely knowing that he is in good hands. She keeps in regular contact and is always sending me and my family pictures ect of things he's been getting up to in the day. There is so much she does with the children. She takes them to so many places that you wouldn't normally get with a nursery setting. I would highly recommend her, she is one of a kind and absolutely amazing!
As soon as I met Charley, I knew my little one was in safe hands. At 7 months old, I was anxious at the thought of leaving her with a babysitter for the first time, but Charley arranged to meet us beforehand and filled me with confidence that they would be fine, and they were! Her communication was great throughout (tailored to my preferences) and I really enjoyed my evening out. Then, to top it all off, I came home to a peacefully sleeping baby. Absolute magic

Lisa is the first adult outside of direct family who has looked after our daughter and we are so grateful to have had such a brilliant experience. Our daughter loves her, she is warm, attentive and caring which was the by far most important thing for us. Lisa takes our daughter on days out and provides something as close to an attentive home environment as we could hope for. Our daughter is growing in to a confident chatty toddler and really relishes the engagement with Lisa and the other child she shares her days with. We couldn’t be happier with Lisa’s care.
Alice helped me with some late notice emergency babysitting for my 1 year old. She was polite, professional and a natural with my little one. She met all her needs and was able to comfort her when unsettled. She was also flexible when I needed to extend by another half an hour.

We have 3.5 year old Emilia & 10 month old Theo.
Kia has been babysitting our eldest since Nov 2022. And nannying our youngest since Jan 2023.
Honestly, she’s great!
She’s got lots of experience working in nurseries & it shows. She’s great with kids of different ages. And she’s given us great advice, like when we were absolutely clueless trying to potty train our eldest. There’s been times when I couldn’t handle looking after both of my own kids at the same time, but she could aha.
She’s also very respectful of our parenting choices (gentle parenting, BLW, cloth nappies, breastfeeding etc.) & happily follows whatever systems/ rules we have.
I remember when Theo was small she took him to the playground, but checked first to see if he’d been on a swing before. If he hadn’t then she’d save that first for us. Just little things like that I find so respectful & kind.
Theo’s got severe eczema & gets contact rashes from food. It’s a lot of extra hard work. Constantly applying creams, long list of foods he can’t eat & things that can’t go on his skin. But Kia is amazing with it. I know he’s in safe hands & I don’t worry about him when he’s with her. (Which is saying a lot! I won’t let anyone in our family have him unsupervised yet. I don’t trust them not to set off his skin).
She’s very hardworking & reliable. I actually can’t think of a time that she’s let us down. If something does come up she’s flexible & gives lots of notice.
She’s done some really lovely activities with the kids (painting, water play, sensory bins etc.) And sent some absolutely gorgeous photos showing what Theo’s been up to.
I’m actually a bit sad that Theo’s starting nursery & she’s dropping back down to just evening babysitting. It’s the end of an era!
She’s a really lovely person & I’d recommend her to anyone.

We were in a bind looking for temporary cover after our nanny had to leave a couple of weeks earlier, and by some miracle Kia was free to take care of our 22mo daughter. I know wish I’d found her earlier and offered her a full time role! She is caring, patient, kind and communicative , sending updates throughout the day and photos, as well as a detailed round up of the day’s food, nappies and activities. Our daughter is a tricky napper but Kia has persevered and managed to make her sleep, and we have seen an improvement in her night sleeping too. Our daughter comes home with drawings and new words, and in a period of change and upheaval we couldn’t have found her better care than with Kia. She occasionally has her lovely son Rory with her, which is so good for our daughter’s development and she loves him. I could not recommend Kia highly enough and would certainly think of her first for any future opportunities.

Di has helped look after our daughter from the age of around 9 months, right from when we first had an initial meeting with her we knew we had found the perfect person to help look after our child; she is gentle, kind, understanding, patient, and loving. She really took the time to understand our care routine for our child, listening to all our instructions and preferences for things like how to get her to sleep, her favourite toys, games etc and really understood the importance of all of this. Di showed such patience and understanding whilst our daughter adjusted to being away from us more and she took the time to look into and research games, classes and activities to do with her. I always knew I could rely on Di, she was quick to get back to me and often updated me with how their day was going, our daughter absolutely loves spending time with Di, we feel very fortunate to have found such a nurturing nanny who we can trust.
Terri is such a great childminder. She really cares about the children she looks after and my daughter is very fond of her. My daughter has been with Terri since she was 9 months old and has never cried when being dropped off! Including during settles. Terri is able to give my daughter a home from home and is constantly taking her on new adventures. As a Mum who doesn't drive, I am limited to the different places we are able to visit, Terri makes sure my daughter gets to experience lots of different and exciting age appropriate places.
She really cares about child development and my daughter is constantly learning new things from being with her. She does great activities with the children along with other local childminders and their children which means they have get to interact with more than just their setting which is fantastic. My daughter has gone on leaps and bounds since joining her. Thank you so much Terri for the care and love given to my daughter, we will be sad to leave when the time comes.
She is such a joy to work with. Always have a smile on her face all the time. She is very easy to approach for anything, and her feedback of your child at the end of the day is constructive. I could not ask for a better person to look after my boys. Very patient with my LO. Thank you, Chenelle, for being a caring and loving person. I rest well at work knowing that my kids are getting the best care. Much appreciated!
My son has been going to Reena’s for roughly nine months or so. He enjoys seeing Reena and the other children and seems to be visibly excited whenever we arrive outside of her address. Reena often sends me photographs of what they have been getting up to each day, which is a lovely experience and always brightens up our day. She often takes the children to soft play and other local events and activities. She has always been flexible with us, regarding pick up and drop off times. I would recommend her to anyone seeking child care in the area.
Gill is absolutely fantastic and has a great rapport with children! Over the past few years she has looked after both of our children. She started with our daughter first who is now 4. She looked after her 3 mornings a week and our daughter loved Gill. She then left to start nursery. Currently she is looking after our 1 year old son and started looking after him a year ago. For both children she provided and provides a loving, calm and collected environment. They are always busy doing an activity, from Mark in the park to painting and crafts. She provides the children with healthy meals. Both our children were very happy to go to Gill each morning (particulsrly our son who basically runs there). The environment that Gill provides for the children is home from home and I really feel that the children are cared and loved for. At the end of the day we get a diary of everything that has happened which we love reading.
We would highly recommend Gill to look after your child. We are moving out of London and will miss Gill very much. She is the best!
Finley has the most wonderful time at Louise’s. She always made Finley very welcome and was very accommodating to our family needs.
She is very organised and provides a stimulating environment with lots of toys and activities. She keeps us updated regularly over WhatsApp with messages and photos of Finley’s day.
Louise often takes Finley out to libraries, parks, soft play and toddler groups. He has come on a lot with his development through the learning activities that Louise provides at home.
Louise provides healthy and tasty meals for Finley and it is clear that Finley has become more adventurous with his food choices. We have been so happy with Louise’s services and would highly recommend Louise as a childminder.
We have 3 children aged 2 - 7 years, and all have attended WPW since they were 9 months old - reception. Following a recommendation we went to visit Emma in her setting and instantly knew our children would be in safe hands. All of our children LOVE attending and all quickly settled in. We feel very fortunate to have found such a special place for our children to learn and grow. I honestly can not speak highly enough of Emma and her team and all they do for our family.

The setting with Nargis and the team is second to none. I really feel as if the care that my daughter receives is exactly as I’d hope to have with an extended family. The love and care that everyone in the setting shows the children is just priceless. She comes home chatting about all of the games and dancing she’s been doing and just full of beans. She has also been developing really well since being with Nargis and is on track to meet all of her milestones.
These years are so precious and I am so glad that I made the decision to ask Nargis and the team to look after my daughter as opposed to sending her to nursery, best decision I ever made. I just wish they looked after them up until 18!
