As you can imagine, leaving your children in the hands of someone else causes a lot of anxiety. But after meeting Hayley for the first time, I felt comfortable straight away. My son has ASD and is nonverbal, and Hayley was great with him. He warmed to her straight away. My daughter also warmed to Hayley and asked when she would see her again. Hayley is reliable and keeps you updated while she is caring for your children. Thank you, Hayley.

My partner and I engaged Georgia to provide short-term, part-time childcare (around 30 hours a week for about 1 month) for my (at the time) 10 month old son T. We were dealing with some challenging circumstances including very cramped living conditions, in the middle of moving house TWICE whilst she worked with us (moving in and moving out again), and a baby with some severe teething and moderate gas/tummy issues. Georgia was an incredibly fast learner and handled T so well. She managed feeding time (and some light food prep like roasting veggies), playtime (including walks in the backpack with a 13kg baby), bathtime, and bedtime each day. Though up until that point he had barely been with anyone besides his parents, T was pretty comfortable with Georgia after only a few days and completely comfortable with her after a week or so. I still maintain that she managed to get him to eat more/better than I could!! :) We were very happy with Georgia's work and would definitely engage her again if the opportunity arose. Highly recommend.

We cannot recommend Nargis highly enough! From the moment we met her, we felt completely at ease leaving our child in her care. She creates a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children feel safe and happy.
Nargis is incredibly attentive, patient, and genuinely cares about the well-being and development of every child she looks after. My daughter has been a very fussy. Water. nargis put my mind/heart at ease and now my daughter is eating much better than before. As an experienced mother herself, Nargis took my hand and helps me every step and shows immense patience. She also keeps us updated on a regular basis which is such a thoughtful touch for parents esp as a first time mother, where I am constantly anxious .
We’ve seen so much growth in our child’s confidence and social skills since starting with her. If you’re looking for a kind, trustworthy, and professional childminder, Nargis is truly the best!
We had the pleasure of having Courtney care for my children and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment she arrived, the kids instantly warmed to her, which is no small feat! Her fun, engaging personality made them feel comfortable right away.
She was incredibly professional, punctual, and attentive, ensuring everything ran smoothly while keeping the children entertained. It’s clear she genuinely enjoys working with kids, and her patience and enthusiasm truly shine through.
I highly recommend Courtney to any parent looking for someone trustworthy, kind, and capable. We’re already looking forward to having her back!
Abbie had my son for a few hours she was calm, patient and focused on him, he was fed, watered and changed and very happy I’m so happy with Abbie service will definitely be in touch again and most definitely recommend her 100% to other parents! :)

Angie has looked after my son from the age of one and has been fantastic. Angie is a kind soul and has been brilliant with helping my son hit all his milestones whilst in her care. She is honest, caring and reliable and my son adores her as much as I do.

Nargis and her husband Zahid have been looking after my two year old son since last month. They drop and pick him up on the said timings and are very efficient in what they do. My son has no problems walking into their premises or getting into the car with them .
Definitely would recommend to others .
Our daughter has been with Lana from a very young age and she has absolutely loved being looked after by Lana.My son also attended Lanas setting and he's absolutely loved it.Lana's home is perfectly set up for childminding, with a lovely safe garden.My daughter is always happy and excited to be spending the day with Lana and loves seeing all her friends there. Lana have provided a very caring, supportive and fun home-from-home environment in which our daughter has thrived. Communication has always been excellent, with both children and parents, the children have a wide variety of activities during the day including plenty of time outside, and the food she provide is very healthy and varied.
Essentially I can’t recommend Lana highly enough for her brilliant home environment, range of developmentally appropriate activities, reliability and the relationship she builds with the kids in the Tilehurst area.
Both of my sons attended Gants Hill Playgroup and we couldn’t be happier. At first, we were worried as my kids didn’t speak English but lovely ladies helped them to settle in quite easily and looked after them with great care. Now we had our baby girl I cannot wait to send her there.

Shamsa is a very kind, sensible and trustworthy lady. She pays attention to the smallest of details and is both incredibly professional and friendly.
She has been wonderful with our kids. she is reliable, punctual, and always engaged them with fun and educational activities. our children loved spending time with her,and we feel completely comfortable leaving them in her care. we highly recommend this Babysitter
to any family looking for a trusted carer.
Our daughter has recently started attending Oak Glen and we have been so happy and so impressed with Katie and the entire team!
From day one, everyone at Oak Glen has bent over backwards to make sure we feel content with sending our daughter there, and we really feel like they have gone that extra mile to ensure that everything is right for us.
Communication is fantastic and if we ever have any queries, Katie or a member of the team ensure they respond asap.
Oak Glen are also fantastic at giving the children a wide range of opportunities and experiences and each week, there is an “enhanced theme” which the children’s learning and activities are based around.
We are very pleased with our decision to send our daughter to Oak Glen and would happily recommend this childcare setting to others!
I dont know where to begin with this review for Paris. It’s an emotional one 😂
This is my second review as Paris has looked after more than one of my children. Spectacularly at that!!
Zayd joined Paris from being a small baby in fact he was months old. He loved her from the get go. She really did become like a second mum to him which is what I feel we need from a childminder when handing over our tiny babies everyday whilst we go to work. The bond between them was so lovely to see. Paris kept me well informed through the day or at the end of each day of activities they had carried out or places they had been and food they had eaten. She takes the best pictures too of all the lovely things they do!
He became the best of friends with Livvy her daughter they were almost like brother and sister in the end. Paris saw zayds care right through to him joining school in reception and every single day since he asks if she can be his child minder again soon because he loves her so much. That in itself speaks volumes.
I wish I could post the video I did asking zayd his own personal review of Paris but here are some of the things he said “she’s a really great woman” “she gives us pizza and ketchup” “she hoovers 😂” “she takes really good care of me” and “I wish she was my child minder again”

My son started with Audra when he was 9mths old. He's now 7 and we still use her.
Audra is a very warm, kind, fun and active person. She engages the children with arts & crafts, baking & long walks/ playground visits with picnics. All children (including my son) are bubbly and smiling when ever I visit. We hold Audra in high regard & truly recommend her 👌
Charlotte is an outstanding professional who brings so much love and care to everything she does. She sometimes looks after my daughters, and they absolutely love spending time with her. Charlotte ensures the girls have a wonderful time, often spending lots of it outdoors, and she captures precious moments with beautiful photographs. Her kindness and willingness to help make her truly special. I have complete trust in Charlotte when she is with my children, knowing they are in good hands and having so much fun. Thank you, Charlotte, for being amazing!
