Helen really is the most lovely, amazing childminder we have come across. She makes all the children feel safe and secure and treats them all with respect and care.
Our son has been attending since Sep 2024 and his development, speech and overall confidence has increased. We love that he has an equal amount of time for indoor and outdoor play at Helens house, along with going to external places and having the opportunity to socialise with other children outside of the ones Helens directly support.
Every morning, he’s always happy to go inside Helens house which gives us so much confidence that he is happy within her care.
We receive seasonal timetables showcasing what will be covered throughout the months. More importantly seeing that birthdays, cultures and festive seasons are all celebrated too.
We also have updates in our WhatsApp chat, which provides us with reassurance and treasured memories for us to keep hold of and show him!
Alisha is amazing with my two little boys! I was quite sceptical at first as the only childcare providers they’ve had was their nursery staff but they have really drawn to her, they are taken care of well in her care, my little ones are always excited to see her and really enjoy being with her. She is very friendly, and always smiling aswell so she’s easy to get along with which is another positive.

Our 3 and a half and 1 year old children have been with Jessica since they were 7 months old each, five days a week, nine hours a day. As parents, couldn’t be happier. Our children love going there every morning and staying with Jessica. The communication with her is always great and she has accommodated to the needs of our kids.
It’s reassuring to know that they are well cared, happy, and developing their skills and values.
We are not native English speakers and only speak Spanish and Italian with our kids. Yet our older child speaks perfect English, sings songs, and reads numbers and letters in English without problem. The fact that at Jessica’s home is the only place where he is exposed to English on a daily basis is clear evidence that our children are not only well cared for and given a joyful environment, but also that Jessica supports their development.
Akba has had my little girl for the past 3 years. She has provided exceptional care for my child in a home environment that truly feels like an extension of our own family. She is deeply caring and attentive to each child’s individual needs, and it shows in how happy and excited my child is to go to her each day.
Her home is warm, welcoming, and full of love—not only from her, but also from her older daughters who are equally lovely and supportive. They’ve even helped with home babysitting on occasion, which has been such a blessing.
She offers a wide range of enriching activities, including regular trips to the park, playgroups, the farm, the library, and fun picnics. There is always something new and engaging for the children to enjoy. She also encourages creativity and fun at home by baking delicious treats with the children, which they absolutely love.
One of the things I value most is her dedication to providing healthy, home-cooked meals. She not only makes sure the food is nutritious, but also goes the extra mile to cook my child’s favorite meals, making her feel truly special and cared for.
What speaks volumes is the affection my child shows—hugging her every day when we leave. It’s clear that she is not just a childminder, but someone who genuinely loves and nurtures the children in her care.
We feel incredibly lucky to have found her, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly to any parent looking for someone trustworthy, loving, and deeply committed to their child’s wellbeing and happiness.
Joy is an exceptional Childminder. From the very beginning she cared for both my children like they were her own. Very flexible, always available to help out more. My 2 children couldn’t have been happier than when they were at joy’s house. They were always safe, happy & loved.

Abi has been absolutely amazing for our family since we moved to Royston in 2021. Our oldest boy went to her for a year when he was 2 and our youngest is still with her sadly due to finish in September for school! Both boys have loved being with Abi - she’s incredibly kind gentle caring with them and all the kids. Abi takes them out to fun groups and they have a lot of fun going to parks and having little picnics etc. my two boys were very happy with her and my youngest who only goes 2 days a week at the moment keeps asking to go 4 days:-) I would highly recommend Abi if you are looking for an excellent childminder - we are so grateful we didn’t need to send the boys to a nursery setting when they were so young ( under 2) I believe they got so much more one to one care and love at Abis. You can tell she cares so much for each of the kids that attend too which is lovely. Lastly Abi has helped us out a few times outside of the normal hours when we needed help so badly
( no family near by) like when I I was in labour with
My youngest she helped with my oldest boy and we were so relieved he was with someone he trusts. Abi is excellent - don’t hesitate! We will miss her so

Felicity offers a safe and engaging atmosphere for my baby boy. She heads out to soft play and playgroup activities throughout the week. Felicity keeps us updated with our baby’s progress and gives us advice when we ask for it.

I have taken my son (now 2.5 years) and daughter (now 9 months) to Julie's. My son has been there since the age of 11 months. Julie is so experienced and interacts so wonderfully with the children. They always look happy when I see them with her. Julie offers a very stimulating environment and puts on a range of activities for the children. My son has developed leaps and bounds since going there! Julie is so well-known in the community for her excellent care of her children, and I could not recommend her highly enough. She is kind, knowledgeable, intuitive, very supportive, and an all-round lovely person. I have never doubted that my children are well looked after when in her care. Your child is in very good hands with her!!
Lulu was so easy and helpful, we booked her the day prior and our 3-year old son loved spending the day with her. We can't recommend her enough! Very lovely and easy to deal with, and knew all the right questions to ask. It really showed her level of professionalism and knowledge in the childcare field.
Tricia cared for my son from 15 months old right up until he went to primary school. Tricia is one of the most warm and caring people I have met, she instantly put me at ease the day I met her, and I knew that she was someone I could trust. Tricia remains professional whilst continuing to be warm and caring. It’s evident that Tricia has a genuine passion and interest in child development.
Tricia’s home is warm and welcoming; her family are too just as warm as she is. Tricia’s home is more than well equipped; she has toys that suit all ages. Her outdoor environment is just as engaging as indoors. Tricia regularly rotates toys, and she sets up weekly themes and ties these in with child development needs. Her set ups are amazing and so varied. She also celebrates cultural days such as VE day, Chinese New Year etc my son always enjoyed these days which would include various activities.
Tricia access’s the local community a lot with various days out, visits to local community groups and activities. My son particularly enjoyed attending music group and would look forward to that particular day. It also encouraged him to develop friendships with other children. Tricia works closely with other childminders and the efforts they went to to arrange days out/sports days and other activities were fantastic.
Tricia closely follow’s all guidelines and was very efficient in ensuring that all aspects of my child’s needs were met. My son was ahead of others his age group in all aspects, identifying colours, shapes, learning to count, draw etc all of this was down to the hard work and persistent efforts of Tricia. All of these efforts made during play. Tricia provided daily updates and photographs which were lovely to see.
Tricia supported me through potty training and also as my son grew older was always willing to accommodate changes, I wished to make to his routine, reducing nap times etc. Tricia always made time to discuss things at length with me.
Tricia was always reliable and when needed would be as flexible as possible. My son always enjoyed attending Tricia’s setting and Tricia helped ensure he was ready to move on from her setting to a school environment.
My son was always happy to go to Tricia’s and I feel that speaks volumes. Now my son is at school but still returns to Tricia’s care during school holidays. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tricia, so much so that my Goddaughter is now cared for by Tricia and her parents are just as happy as I was.

Rayhan is the best childminder and we cannot recommend her highly enough!
My daughter started with Rayhan almost a year ago and has loved every minute - she settled in so quickly with Rayhan’s kind and nurturing support. Within just a few weeks we noticed great advancement in her development, Rayhan pays close attention to all aspects of education - from speech and language to arithmetic and physical education.
We have been so impressed with how our daughter has developed a close bond with Rayhan and the other children in her care. It truly is a home away from home for our daughter, which gives me and my husband the utmost peace of mind and comfort whilst we are working.
Rayhan ensures to keep our daughter engaged with so many fun and imaginative activities. The real standout for us is all the outings to the farm, park, soft play, playgrounds and seaside - something that a nursery setting would be unable to offer.
We thoroughly recommend Rayhan as five stars in all areas, we are so grateful for her fantastic care and education for our daughter.

I have known Barbara for six years now, Barbara has looked after my daughter since September last year. My daughter absolutely loves Barbara. She has come on so much since being with her. Barbara goes above and beyond with the children she looks after, always taking them to different places and her home is beautiful and has lots for the children
to do. She spends time teaching the children their numbers/ alphabet/ shapes. She is very loving and has a very strong maternal instinct I know all the children that she cares for loves her and are always excited to go to her. I would highly recommend
Choosing someone you trust enough to have your child is so nerve wracking but as soon as we met Julie we knew she was the right person, and we were right! Our daughter has loved going to Julie, she's learnt so much and had so much fun. Julie keeps us updated on the Babydays app and sends photos weekly.

We’ve been taking our daughter to Jessy for just over two years now, and we couldn’t be happier. She was recommended to us by a friend’s son, who was 8 at the time and had already been with Jessy for a few years, which we took as a glowing endorsement. And he was absolutely right!
Our daughter genuinely loves going every day. Jessy is incredibly thoughtful and always remembers the little details we share about her, which makes us feel truly heard and supported. The moment you walk in, you can feel the warmth, every child there looks happy, settled, and well cared for.
Being around Jessy and the other children of different ages has helped our daughter learn and grow so much. She comes home singing songs, counting numbers, naming shapes, and excitedly telling us about the games she played and the lovely meals she had. It's been such a joy to watch her thrive in such a nurturing environment.
We have been incredibly happy with our experience at Ami’s Home Nursery in Harrow. Our son absolutely loves going there, which speaks volumes about the warm, welcoming, and stimulating environment Ami has created for the children in her care.
From the very beginning, Ami has shown exceptional dedication to nurturing each child’s development. The setting is safe, clean, and filled with age-appropriate learning materials and toys. The environment is not only caring and homely but also structured in a way that encourages both learning and play.
The food provided is healthy and thoughtfully prepared—something we deeply appreciate as parents. Ami ensures that the children’s nutritional needs are met while also introducing them to a variety of tastes and meals.
One of the most impressive aspects of Ami’s nursery is the focus on early learning. At such young age, my son is already learning to write, recognize numbers, and sing a wide range of rhymes. I cannot thank Janice enough for the incredible care she provided for my little one. My baby has been with her since she was 9 months old and since the beginning, she was comfortable being with her. She never cried or looked unsettled when I dropped her. She has always come back well-fed, clean, changed and super happy. Janice is very creative, resourceful, intentional and thoughtful. She is genuinely someone that you can trust that will look after your child and keeps you at ease by always having the right level of communication. She has a beautiful setting with toys, books and outdoor space, and does really nice and different activities with the little ones. She even has themed weeks and they do lots of crafts and sensory play. What has really impressed me about Janice is how much she is on the same page as the parent. I had a few things I was trying to achieve with my baby (e.g. baby not taking well to solids) and she really supported me on this journey, by encouraging my baby while being with her. Now my baby is eating very well and every time I pick her up, she does so many new things that she learns. I have definitely seen a huge developmental difference on my little one since she started with Janice. I would highly recommend her as a childminder and I believe the level of care and education she provides is really high!
Joanne is a fab childminder and I will always recommend to anybody looking. My son has been going to Joanne’s for the past 18 months and he loves his time there. She has a dedicated playroom and a great garden to play in when the weather is great. I love that she takes him to different playgroups and always has different activities for him to do.
I couldn’t be happier with the care my child receives at this nursery. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and truly passionate about what they do. My child has settled in beautifully and comes home excited to share what they’ve learned each day. The environment is clean, safe, and filled with enriching activities that support both learning and play.
