Looking for future flexible childcare, we are expecting this year and are planning to require childcare in 10-12 months time, partner and I work shifts. myself a 4 on, 4 off pattern meaning I do not have the same exact days off every week. However I know my rota well in advance so i can confirm what days are needed in advance and which days childcare would be needed.
