My 3 month old baby boy warmed to Tammy the moment she walked in the door. She is kind, caring and sensitive and has a natural ease with my baby.

She has been helping me 14 hours per week looking after my baby and around the house while I look for a permanent nanny. Unfortunately for me, she is loyal to her other families and would not be able to start working for me full time by the time I go back to work.

She has demonstrated a "will do" attitude and a very strong work ethic. I love hearing my baby giggling while they are playing together. She has also helped me sleep training my baby using the "no cry" method.

Her next family will be very lucky.
