Pam was recommended to us after Mabli had struggled to settle with another childminder. Mabli was 8 months old and due to lockdown had never been away from her parents. Pam made Mabli's settling in process as stress free as it could have been, she asked for familiar blankets that she could have on her when comforting Mabli and used her 'all about me' form to get to know her. This enabled Mabli to settle in very quickly and form good relationships with Pam and her family.
Pam gives regular feedback on Mabli's development and shares pictures of her day. Pam also takes the children out as regularly as possible, to the beach and local play areas.
Pam teaches the children about different festivals and celebrations, as well as completing craft activities, turn taking games and sharing stories. Mabli is always bringing home something she has been making, including a bird feeder and bonfire night painting.
Pam's home is calm and has been the perfect setting for our little girl.
