My 13 month old daughter is looked after by Reena 7 hours a day for 4 days a week. She started going 4 days a week when she was 10 months old, but Reena also accommodated plenty of 'taster' and 'settling in' days in the couple of months leading up to her regular attendance so that by the time she started she was very happy there and familiar with her surroundings. When we're at home, my daughter often cries or whines when I leave her, but when she goes to Reena's she happily waves goodbye and doesn't cry when I arrive to pick her up. That's testament to how well loved she is when she's there, and the happy and nurturing environment Reena has created. I'm the curate at the church nearby, and my husband is also working, so going back to work has been very busy and an adjustment for us both. Reena has been flexible and supportive as we've slowly extended my daughter's hours and adjusted the timings to better fit our working days. Reena has also happily accommodated changing nap times and dietary requirements.

My daughter also seems to really enjoy the trips out to playgroups etc, and I've noticed that she has become very confident and happy around other children over the last few months. We're so glad to have found Reena!
