My 15 month old absolutely loved the two days he was looked after each week. Emotional to have to say goodbye as we are moving house. He was always so chatty when I picked him up and I always looked forward to seeing the updates on the Cradle app. The themed days and parties were always a lovely touch.

We couldn't have found better care for our 2 year old daughter, she runs into their arms in the morning and looks so happy when we pick her up in the evening.
Sophia and Kay are really caring and love the children, we cannot express how happy we are to have found them. Our daughter settled in very fast. We get frequent updates on progress and photos.
They have a great outside play area which is in the building and completely safe. So the children get a varied day even when the covid restrictions mean they can't do the outings. We recommend them 100%.

My son has been attending with Sophia and her assistant Kay who are absolutely spot on with everything they do with the children concerning behaviour, to activities to learning, my son absolutely adores it there and has improved in just a month, they are just amazing and I I’m glad I was able to come across them as I was skeptical but I feel 1000% safe with them thanks again both stars xx

We started using Sophia’s services in April 2020 and we couldn’t make a better choice! Our little one is well looked after with loads of activities for children’s development.
Communication is no.1 priority for Sophia, even when she is busy with our little angels. Our daughter is always happy, well fed and on her “days off” mentions Sophia and the kids a lot!

As a parent I am very overprotective and always worry about my daughter when she is not with me, but it comes that time when our kiddies need to socialize with others exept parents. So I decided to take my 2 year old daughter ( which also is Sofia with f :)) to a childminder. And I found Sophia thru this site. Went down and met her and her big smile and the fact that my daughter she just went inside the house and felt so comfortable like she knew the place made me take in that moment the decision that she is the right person for my daughter.
We had some concerns regarding my Sofia because she was not interacting very well with other kids and I explained to Sophia about it. Since she started going to her I can see a big difference in my little one. She comes home very happy and chatty and I can see the work Sophia is putting in every day as I told her many times I will not be able to do her job and thats why I admire her for her positivity.
Sophia send me photos of my daughter throughout the day and always let me know via txt message how she is doing or when she comes how she settles in.
My personal experience is that she is amazing and I can see my daughter loves the time with her so for me thats more than enough.

I just want to start by commending Sophia’s ability to go above and beyond for the children. As a Paramedic I have had to work 12/13 hour shifts and in all honesty without Sophia I have absolutely no idea how i would manage to keep my job and my 6 year old child fed. On one occasion she drove over 45 minutes just to drop off a toy my child left behind, when I tried to offer her some money for the trouble she insisted that the smile on Gemma’s (my child) face was all the payment she needed, me and my daughter are vegan and every time my daughter is with Sophia she makes a lovely meal and sometimes she even sends food home for me as she knows I wouldn’t have time to cook. Sophia makes Gemma feel like family and for that I truly am thankful, when we clap at 8o’clock we not only clap for the NHS but also for Sophia.

Sophia has been so amazing to my two daughters aged 6 and 8. I don’t think I would have been able to work my shifts at the hospital working 23 hours without her. Sophia settled my daughters in so quickly and was ever so friendly. She makes amazing fresh food for my kids, I have contacted Sophia on very short notice as I have been called into work and Sophia has been very understanding and accommodating. One of Sophias many good traits are that she is honest and very genuine. I’m sorry you have experienced this but I can guarantee onSophias behalf and many other parents that Sophia is an outstanding childminder.

Sophia chose to take my 4 yr old daughter to the shop during a global pandemic (something we had managed to avoid completely) and therefore put her health at risk. She also endangered my child’s life by driving her to the shop without any form of car seat. We thankfully have a very honest and trustworthy daughter that explained exactly what happened.
I cannot believe she thought this was safe and told us she would “bear it in mind” to use a seat next time. Driving no matter how slowly or carefully does not account
for other road users, especially in a crash situation where an adequate car
seat is not in use. No seat no journey!
I am furious and hope no one else goes through the horror we did when we discovered we had allowed our child to be cared for by someone so brazen about the safety of children in her care. She may seem nice but don’t take your child’s safety for granted!

As discussed in private, I was adhering to the government guidelines of social distancing so had ensured that myself and Luna did not enter any aisle that had another person, neither did we stand close to anyone or touched anything unnecessary.Her hand was held the entire time and as soon as we left we had used sanitiser. I was honest about the entire situation and sincerely apologised for taking her out during this time and was highly apologetic and regretful for not using a car seat on this instance. Social distancing was maintained the entire time and the duration of the journey was merely 0.2 miles, nevertheless a car seat should have been used but that was error on my part for which I am deeply sorry.
We have been for a while with Sophia and her team and we had an amazing experience. My two years old son was always well taken care of, looked after his physical and development skills. He was happy to join in the morning and I could see development every step of the way.
My 7 years old enjoyed the place and activities and always happy to go back.
Clean and very considerate care to the children and parent always meeting our needs and expectations. In addition the food is always great and meet great nutritional needs, always fresh and based on children needs and preferences.
Happy to recommend any time

My daughter has been going to Sophia for a couple of weeks now and she is settling very well. Sophia is very friendly, professional and very caring about her work. It's nice to see my daughter becoming very independent and enjoying her time.
I very highly recommend Sophia's daycare!
