Charlette and her girl power team Jacqui and Rebecca are an outstanding childminders.
We found Charlette to be professional, honest, open, reliable, dependable, organised, loving, caring and kind to our son. Her home is just like home to our son.
She takes the time to understand our son’s personality/needs and is very flexible with him. She teaches the children good behaviour. She handles all negative behaviour very well.
She gives freshly made home cooked food, for when you see the menu for the week makes even your mouth watery.
Charlette and her girl power team does many activities with children from singing songs, dancing to playing around in the the garden, painting, developing their creativity, etc…
She has got extra love for them and she will go an extra mile for them. Baking cupcakes, cakes, organising birthday parties, end of school party with bouncy castle, face painting,…
As a new parents Charlette eased all our concerns and insecurities and we are very grateful and Blessed to have found her to look after our precious son.
Our child’s happiness is our happiness and we would highly recommend Charlette and her girl power team Jacqui and Rebecca as childminders and would not hesitate to leave our child with her anytime.

My son has been going to Charlette for 9 months now and I’m so happy where he is. The team are friendly and afire the children and it’s clear to see they love what they do. Simply outstanding.

My son started at Charlette’s in January 2019 after being at a nursery for 9 months. I instantly fell in love with the setting and was extremely lucky she could accommodate us after taking on her second assistant.
The whole team are warm, welcoming and go above and beyond for all of the children and parents. They love them like they are their own!!
There is always a range of toys and activities each day and regular communication and photos which is lovely to see.
Alexander always comes home with a full tummy after trying lots of new things. Any childminder who can get our son to happily eat vegetables is a winner in my eyes. The meals are healthy and always a huge variety. The house smells beautiful with all the home cooking.
Charlette’s setting is always clean and Alexander comes home immaculate. He loves to tell us all about his day and what he has been up to with his friends.
Alexander is due to start school in September and I’m gutted he will be leaving however with another child on the way I have already pre-warned my boss I won’t be returning to work until Charlette can accommodate us. The fact these ladies don’t have to advertise usually speaks volumes. Word of mouth is always the way forward and I will always be grateful we found Charlette's Childminding.

Charlette, Jacqui and Rebecca have been my daughters childminders since 2019. I feel so lucky to have them care for my child after having a terrible experience with my daughter at a nursery. They are all so very friendly & clearly have a strong passion for their jobs. My daughter absolutely loves going there, she talks about them and all of her friends constantly when she is at home. The children are happy in this setting & nothing is ever to much, Honestly if Charlette can help, she will do her best to accommodate. The children are appropriately stimulated and are safe and most importantly my daughter is happy.
Me and my family call them the fabulous trio! X

Having to return to work after the birth of my 3rd child my parents to old to provide care as they had for my previous 2 children. So apprehensive about leaving my son who had just recently been diagnosed with epilepsy. Made contact with Charlette and arranged to view the setting and have never looked back, even during his settle in period my son spoke to Charlette and Jackie like they where extended family. Such a comfortable environment full of play, activities, imagination. Charlette provides healthy meals, snacks, an environment we all wish we had at home but never quite manage, supportive and understanding and always goes over and above with children she provides care for. Regular daily feedback and photos of the activities are provided by Charlette along with a parent watsap group for updates. My son has impeccable manners and that is all thanks to these ladies, I am complimented all the time by other parents and teachers regarding his manners, values and behaviour, My son has recently started full time school, I need to tell you that his school choice was based solely on the fact that Charlette was able to collect him so he could continue at the setting for a whole longer and nothing else. Really is the best call you will ever make please call these fabulous ladies they are amazing

Charlette’s childminder is absolutely amazing. I’m so glad a friend of mine recommended her to me. My daughter loves going there. We’re lucky because Charlette’s childminders have 3 childminders there so they have more of a one to one rather than being in a nursery a being just a number, they care for my daughter like she is one of their own. The care, love and support they all give is incredible. We have news letters every month and monthly pictures of our little ones, a weekly menu and all home cooked from scratch food and a big variety. Charlettes home is always clean and fresh. Even my daughter comes home spotless. Charlette is always communicating with parents for our opinions on things and about our children. Wouldnt want my child to go anywhere else.

I was so nervous going back to work as my son had spent so much of his first year in lockdown and was so anxious around other people. Charlette and her team gave such a warm, nurturing environment, it was so comforting, they really make you feel that they take care of the children as if they are their own.
There’s always lots of activities going on and a lovely menu.

I was returning to work after being a SAHM for a while. I'd been checking out my options for childcare and was at the point where I felt like I was going to have to turn down the job as there was no trustworthy and viable options that suited myself and my son. Then I found Charlette.
From the first meeting, seeing her home, her demeanour, the facilities....I just knew.
My son has spoken about Charlette and her 2 staff like they are family. They have supported, comforted, taught and guided my boy from age 1 to 4 and it has been a joy. The genuine care that is provided is unmatched and so very hard to find.
The bonds that have been built are beautiful.
I am heartbroken to no longer need her services due to little man starting school. However, I urge any parents that need childcare, to go and see for yourself. I wish I'd of found her sooner so my elder girls could of also experienced this.
Comprehensive meals, beautiful area, outdoor play, great communication and 3 of the most amazing women I've ever met.
When you know that your children are loved, cherished and cared for, it makes working so much easier. They do all that and more.

when reviewing these ladies never has the term 'id trust them with my life' rung more true, my babies are my life, I felt anxious and so sad that I had to leave them and return to work but finding charlette, meeting her, and seeing how passionate she is about her setting and the children it almost instantly gave me that gut feeling that she was the one to entrust my baby, and it was undoubtedly the best decision I ever made. Not only did she care for my son as if he was her own she showed amazing compassion and support to myself while transitioning into work, I honestly don't think I could of coped without her and the other girls there. they go above and beyond for the children in ways I could of never hoped for in child care. they honestly are the best around and I'm so thankful for all of thier love care a support they've shown my babies and me over the years.
