I found Alicia on this site. So i didn't know her beforehand and had to take her at face value on first meeting. My son was nearly 1 so I was apprehensive to leave him anywhere but on meeting Alicia and seeing how affectionate and warm she was with him and her professional manner with paperwork etc I felt more comfortable leaving him. I checked her ofsted rating which was up-to-date and she had a Good rating. Alicia is amazing with him and he adores her too. She pretty much has him every week day. 25-30 hours per week. My 6 year old also goes on inset days term breaks and the odd Saturdays I work. He literally loves being there and loves her children and does not want to cone home. Although she doesn't have a garden, she takes them out to playgrounds, parks and librarys near by, she likes walking so they get lots of exercise especially now my 2 year old is keen on walking everywhere but she has a double buggy set up when there's more hands to hold. Whst else to say? she makes home cooked meals and I've taken a few recipes as they're eating her lentil soup and falafals! I unreservedly recommend Alicia for caring for babies up and up to 6 years old as that's my only experience.
