Shazia has taken care of our daughter since she was 9 months old. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is a natural with children, with a warm and caring approach, and years of experience as a minder, and as a mother. Shazia treats the children in her care like her own, with such personalised attention to their likes, dislikes, patterns of sleeping and eating, individual abilities, and teaching and encouraging them through new challenges and stages in collaboration with the parents. Unlike busy day care facilities and many other child minders, you never get the feeling your child is being put through the paces, rather it's like leaving them with a member of the family who really cares about their emotional well being and development as much as their physical needs. Every time we arrive at Shazia's, our daughter breaks into a huge smile. Kids adore Shazia as much as she adores them. I have complete confidence when I leave our child with Shazia, which is such a huge relief as a parent of a young child each day at work. Five stars.
