Peekay has worked with us 1 day / week since June 2014 as I went back to work. She manages long hours, 2 spirited kids, early starts and frazzled parents well with patience and good humour.

She particularly enjoys working with babies and I am glad that she cuddles and is responsive with my girls, but is also able to be kind and firm when they cross boundaries. She reads to them and plays craft games and drives them to the local mum & baby groups, and parks too, so that they can make little local friends. She drops off and picks up from nursery. She cooks simple meals or warms up what I have in fridge for them. If she has time she will tidy as she goes along but neither of us prioritise this over delivery of child care. She's only been poorly once since with us.

She has been massively flexible in accomodating my hours in my work and we are very grateful to her for this. She has up to date DRB, 1st aid and insurance certificates, but when we first began 2 old references only as had taken time out. We accepted these on strength of previous experience and are glad we did now as she has proved herself a gem.
She's looking for 2 more regular days and I would recommend her childcare.( just don't poach her!)
