Helen looked after my daughter until she went to school, and my son for a further year. Both children flourished with her - they were stimulated every day with different, carefully thought out activities, and their learning flourished in their time with her. She is also a gentle and caring childminder, providing a real ‘home from home’ family environment. The children never had a reluctant morning, and were always so excited to arrive at her door!

She has an excellent reporting approach which gives a real insight into the children’s daily activities and progress. We always felt well informed, and even had recommendations of how to continue the activities at home. Photos sent to us through the day were a fantastic window into their time with Helen, and we were always amazed at the range of activities planned for them.

We were grateful many times for her flexibility with hours and understanding of the challenges of timekeeping when both parents are commuting.

Having used a number of different childcare options in the past, I can confidently say that Helen’s house is absolutely the best anyone could hope for their children.
