Both my girls started at Lucia’s aged 1 and were looked after by Lucia, Shauna and Anna. My youngest left a few months ago and not a day went by when my husband and I ever felt worried about leaving them. From day 1, Lucia’s communication was second to none. She settled my girls in so naturally and they both adored going to her house in the week. They were content, excited to go and never wanted to leave! Lucia was accommodating with dietary requirements and was flexible in terms of when I wanted them to sleep, not sleep or sleep for a bit! She and her girls got to know my daughters so well and they learnt so much there, emotionally and socially. Their key workers formed special relationships with my girls and I was always updated with photos and videos to see what they were getting up to. The setting uses ‘tapestry’ online to inform parents of their child’s developments, an excellent way to engage parents in their child’s day. They work as a loving team with the chidlren’s best interests at heart. I would recommend Lucia in a heartbeat.
