My daughter has been in Kirsty's care since she was 10 months old and we'd be lost without her support.
Right from the first meeting my daughter took to Kirsty and has gone from strength to strength over the past 12 months.
The setting is safe and loving with play of paramount importance. The children are great friends and you can just tell they enjoy themselves by the chatter and smiles at drop off and pick up!
Kirsty is highly organised, professional, efficient, a pleasure to deal with and always keen to help whenever she can. Most important is her gift for working with children.
Looking for someone to care for your child is daunting on top of returning to work but when you find the right person and your child is happy - you couldn't ask for more! We're so very grateful to Kirsty.

I came to know Kirsty Roberston when my daughter was about a year old (my sonwas 4yrs). I was returning to work and wanted to use a childminder as it better suited my circumstances; we’d previously used a nursery.
I visited two childminders before I met Kirsty and whilst they were both pleasant and professional I knew within minutes of meeting Kirsty that she was our first choice. I found her to be really friendly and chatty, very open and honest, organised and welcoming. I found her home to be clean and tidy and again meticulously well organised as she talked me through how she used the different spaces in the house to benefit different types of play or sleep patterns for the children. We went ahead and Kirsty cared for our children until we moved to Worcestershire in September 2014. There are a number of things I liked about Kirsty;
1. What you see is what you get; she is exactly as you find her and will always be honest if there has been any issues or concerns to the daily routine. I felt this really engendered trust both for me and the children.
2. She is quick to respond to any changes; both in the children’s well being or in our routine. If the children became unwell during her care she would always text or ring and would advise whether she felt it required me to return from work; this gave me tremendous peace of mind.
3. She is very flexible; if she can help by changing days or swapping things around she will always try. On a couple of occasions I was unwell and Kirsty was able to help by having the children an extra day or picking the children up from me directly; it is this personalised service that makes Kirsty so special.
4. She is very well organised; as mentioned previously. School holidays or in service days were always planned well in advance with activities to suit all ages, birthdays were always marked with cake and a bit of a party, with seasonally themed activities at Christmas and Easter.
5. She communicates well; we used a diary system but Kirsty also supplies a newsletter where she gives notice of holidays, activities and any changes. This was invaluable.
6. She cares. Plain and simple; she cares about what she does, she has extremely high standards and she genuinely cares about the children in her care. Both she and my children were genuinely sad to part and if we hadn’t been moving away we would still be using Kirsty’s service – she is very good at what she does.
Good luck in your decisions; I can thotough;y recommend Kirsty Roberston.

Kirsty watches my 2 daughters 4 days a week. My youngest daughter had been full time time up until she started school in August and now before and after school with my oldest daughter. Kirsty offers a safe and comfortable environment for my children and I have no worries at all when I go off to work. My children are well looked after and stimulated from the moment they arrive in her care. Kirsty is up to date in training and continously looking for new courses to update her skills which I think is a great thing. Couldn't ask for a better childminder.

My daughter was with Kirsty from 2010 until 2013 until family circumstances resulted in having to move out of the area. Kirsty was employed to mind my daughter part time, two days per week, but Kirsty was very flexible due to my work commitments as I sometimes had to work more days. Kirsty is very much involved with the development of the children in her care. She actively seeks healthy activities ie arts and crafts, baking, growing their own plants, nature walks and library visits, children are most definitely not in front of a tv/DVDs whilst in her care. Parents are presented with the results of these activities when the children are uplifted.
Kirsty became, and still is, very much a family friend and I have no hesitation in recommending her.

Kirsty looks after my 2 boys and has done now for 4 years. She picks them up for school and their care is discussed with me around activities they will undertake. She adapts the style and communication to suit each patent / child's needs. During school holidays, Lirsty is extremely flexible around supporting me with extra care. I stuggle to balance my holidays from work with the number of school holidays there are. This is a great support to us. Overall the dare Kirsty provides is of a high standard.
