A warm, loving and fun environment.

Lizzie currently looks after my 2 children (18 months and 4). Rufus has been full time with Lizzie from Feb 2015 and Quinn from October 2017 and I could not recommend Lizzie enough. Both of my boys have a close relationship with Lizzie and I feel it is a home from home.

Before I had my first son, I never in a million years could have anticipated how hard going back to work and finding childcare for him would be. Being first time parent we were very nervous about leaving him with someone we didn't know. When I originally began searching for a childminder, I met with many but none felt 'right' that was of course until I found Lizzie.

From the moment I met Lizzie I was put completely at ease, she was friendly and very open, her home environment was warm and welcoming. Lizzie is very caring with a great sense of fun, she has always made me feel confident in her ability to look after our children. Both Rufus and Quinn are happy and secure and over the years Rufus has come to feel as though he is part of Lizzie's family.

Lizzie is excellent at planning daily activities and we love the fact that she takes the children out whatever the weather, even in the snow!! I am convinced there are very few Childminder's who would make the effort to do all of the things that Lizzie does with the children, such as visits to the seaside, picnics, crabbing, the zoo, trips to the park etc etc. I really don't know where she finds the energy! Lizzie frequently sends me pictures to let me know how the boys are and what they have been up to, which helped me to adjust to leaving them in the early days.

I would highly recommend Lizzie to anyone looking for a childminder. She is competent, consciensius, trustworthy and fun. I am sure she would provide any child in her care everything that is required and more. Since Rufus first started with Lizzie, I have been reassured that I made absolutely the right choice.

My little boy loves Lizzie!

When I first decided to out put my little boy into childcare, I decided I would look at nurseries and childminders. As soon as I met Lizzie, I knew I wanted my little boy to be looked after by her! She is very warm and caring- just what I wanted! If my boy was to be looked after by someone else, I wanted them to be like another mummy for him! Lizzie is just that!

I love that Elliot gets to go to toddler groups whilst in her car and now they do a crafty Monday which is fabulous. He’s always going on walks and looking for those muddy puddles! I know what he’s doing in the day as Lizzie sends photos and then writes in his communication book.

Elliot has a dairy intolerance but Lizzie was very supportive of this and was able to provide Elliot with the diet that he needed. Always healthy and delicious food.

I would definitely recommended Lizzie.

An absolute gem!

I visited a few childcare providers before I visited Lizzie and when I met her I knew she would be a good option for my then 10 month old daughter. Little did I know that she would be an absolute gem, best discovery ever and my daughter loves being with her and has thrived so much in the time she has been with Lizzie. They do so many arts and crafts, baking, gift making, attend regular toddler groups and are out and about most days - in the park or walking in nature. During the school holidays they go on day trips so there is never a dull moment.

There are other kids, older and younger, also in Lizzie's care so my daughter has exposure to other children which is important for socialising and learning how to get along. Lizzie treats them all like they are her own and I have no worries when I drop my daughter off in the mornings as I know she is in good hands.
