Marie has been my childminder now for 8 years, she has cared for both my girls since they were 4 months old (now age 8 and age 4).
They both love going there since Marie provides such a varied range of activities for them to do each day (visiting clubs, parks, libraries, endless craft activities, trampolining etc) and Marie is always caring and welcoming.
She is very knowledgeable about child development and supports them to develop key skills, providing a useful daily report plus compiles a beautiful portfolio documenting their physical and educational development with photos and accompanying notes.
My youngest starts school this September and she's been well prepared for this by Marie e.g. her confidence, writing her own name. She won't be going to Marie's for the full day any more, however they will both still go to Marie's after school until I return from work. I'm delighted we found Marie - couldn't want for a better childminder.
