Michele was my child’s preschool child minder a few years ago. She spent a lot of time helping him develop the confidence to overcome shyness and also to correct a speech problem. I am very grateful for Michele’s input and believe that my child’s charming outgoing manner today is testament to Michele’s patient teaching and child minding skills.
