Our daughter, who has just turned three, was with Storm two days a week for nine months (in nursery the other days, and we are only leaving now because we need to take up a full-time nursery place so as not to loose it).

Our experience with Storm could not have been better. Storm is warm, loving, effective, and hugely capable. Our daughter loves her to bits. She is very clear and calm with the children. The whole set up is incredibly well thought through. This includes her beautiful and spotless house and garden, car seats, colour-coded flannels, cups, tooth brushes, lovely home-cooked meals, pictures of the children's families on the play room walls, as well as clear rules that even the children find perfectly sensible and appreciate as reassuring. She is very good about giving each child what they need and creating a lovely dynamic between them. I don't know how she does it--her setting is a haven of calm even with three or four little ones around! Communication has always been great, flexible, quick, and generous. It was impressive also how quickly and creatively she responded to even fleeting mentions about a new interest or skill of our daughter's.

In sum, we've been hugely grateful to have Storm look after our little one (and even our five-year olds for a couple of days during the summer), and for being able to have complete trust that our kids were in the best possible hands.
