Sarah looked after my 18 month old son for five months, until he started nursery. Since the moment she joined, Sarah quickly adjusted to our families’ schedule. We have found Sarah to be very motivated, flexible, competent and trustworthy. She performed extremely well and we always felt that our son was in good hands. Our son created a strong bond with Sarah and was always happy to see her arriving in the morning.

She seemed genuinely interested in child development and devoted some of her free time to make development assessments to monitor my son’s progress. She was very much in tune with our son and always finding creative ways to have fun. We appreciated that she was able to provide the right balance of outdoor playing with indoor games and arts & crafts.

Sarah tasks included:
• Supervising our son and caring for his needs.
• Planning, preparing and serving his meals
• Basic hygiene, changing diapers and dressing
• Researching activities and places to take our son to, such as playgroups, music class, parks, pool, zoo etc.
• Performing light housekeeping duties.

Sarah has many strengths, but we really appreciated how she can motivate children, helping them learn effortlessly from everyday situations and fun activities. Our son developed so much his language, manners and interaction with other children. She was always patient with our son and managed to overcome any tantrum appropriately when needed. Sarah was also respectful of your house rules on things such as healthy nutrition and television time.


We are glad to have had her in our life and would not hesitate contacting her for any future childcare needs.
