Joanne was brilliant with my 9 months old boy. He enjoyed her company so much, and it made me smile to see him smiling in the videos she sent me.
Additionally, Joanne has great knowledge of the local SE area and playgroups. She was very supportive and non judging, and came across very experienced. Her communication was excellent and thorough in any concerns I had.
I really shouldn't share this. She's going to be booked up as a result. But hey I'm happy to support Joanne and all parents in need!
