My 2.5 year old child has been with Hana for 9 months. From day one, Hana provided a warm, welcoming and safe environment that made our little one feel right at home. She has been clear and prompt in communication with daily updates and photos. She is incredibly flexible, reliable and understanding, which is a huge relief as parents.
