Nilam has minded my daughter since she was 10 months old to nursery age. The bond they share is so special. She has encouraged my daughter in all areas of development. She keeps track of all the areas and regularly meets with me to discuss my daughters progress and next steps. She has worked with us parents through all milestones from walking and talking to potty training. My daughter has enjoyed many days out and playgroups. She’s made friends with the other children Nilam minds and through other child minders helping her social skills. She has thrown my daughter a mini party every year for her birthday; having the children craft decorations and pick out party food. Hi
I’m currently due baby number 2 and have already ensured she will be minding baby when I return to work.
I can not recommend her enough. She sees each child’s ability and helps move them on to the next stage. She taught my daughter to zip up her coat at 2 years old and write her name at 3 years old. She encourages play and exploring as well as reading and singing.
