I was looking for childcare for my daughter (then 12 months) around the time that I was going back to work and am so glad I found Sophie. I visited many childminders before I made a decision and Sophie really put me at ease and I knew that my daughter would be in good hands. She understood and respected all of the things that were important to me to maintain for my daughter, including her routine and healthy meals. It was also a wonderful bonus that she is French and could teach my daughter the language, which wasn't something I set out looking for but I think really helped my daughter to develop her speech in both English and French. My daughter had such a lovely time and was very happy to be with Sophie and all the other children in her care. Sophie is always pleasant and friendly, and shows a lot of affection for the children in her care. I also really appreciated the daily summaries she sent me of the activities and meals they had, and how my daughter was developing.
