We contacted Paula last week and she arrived a fee days later for a prelim meet so she could see our setup and meet our boy.
Formalities were completed and all paperwork was presented and phone numbers exchanged.
Come the day, Paula arrived early(thanks) and Off we went.

Paula brought some books and helped Dyl with his homework and reading stories before putting him to bed. He was a happy boy.

Paula is an experienced and reassuring presence and we felt very secure in our choice.
