This person has send me a message saying that is interested in offer. When we have started discussing details she just stopped replying on my messages.

This person has left me a negative review after I failed to respond to her for a few days. The reason for this was because my phone was broken and because i didn't have access to my childcare account. My phone was fixed today and i responded saying i was having a problem logging into my account, one because i don't have a working laptop at the moment and two because i couldn't remember my details off hand because i use the app on my phone. This person then questioned my ability to act responsibly, pointing out that looking after children was a responsible job. I don't feel i need to justify myself to her however feel that it was unnecessary and a little bit petty leaving a review that might hinder my chance of being requested for childcare on this site. I am currently employed in a very well respected childcare establishment and can provide excellent references for anyone who would like reassurance upon my ability to act responsibly.
