Laura provided me with an excellent childcare service from start to finish. Due to an unexpected family situation I was in need of some very last minute childcare for my two children aged 9 and 10. As I live out of the area and not knowing any childcare providers in the area I was nervous about leaving my children with somebody they didn't know. I initially chose Laura based on her positive reviews and impressive trainings and work Facebook profile. Laura returned my messages promptly, arranged a time to suit me to visit her at her home and to meet my children before taking care of them the next day. Laura has her training certificates clearly displayed on the wall and provides an excellent childcare environment in her home. Laura really went the extra mile, arranging to pick up the kids and drop them off which made my day a million times less stressful. My children had a GREAT time with Laura, she took them out to places they would enjoy, and ensured they had a good time. I am so thankful to Laura, I felt she 100 per cent understood my situation and was so flexible, accommodating and understanding. Laura was extremely professional, I would highly recommend her without any hesitation. Thank you Laura!
