Nicola was brilliant! She developed a relationship with my 13 month old twins very quickly. Very experienced, trustworthy and reliable. I didn’t worry for a minute when my babies were with her. Very sociable and talked and engaged with the boys a lot. Very active in taking them to the park, play group etc. Very proactive and helpful and always had good suggestions. Wish she could have stayed with us for longer! Highly recommend, she has set the bar pretty high for other nannies...
