I am currently working towards my Level 5 in Management and am qualified level 3. I have worked at my current nursery for 4 and a half years. I am a Room Leader in the 18 month-3 year old room where we have 24 children daily. I help with potty training, meal times, nappy changes and general learning. I have 7 key children and carry out monthly observations as well as 6 monthly development reviews. I plan activities for a weekly topic and manage a team of 9 staff.
