Yolande put both myself and my two girls immediately at ease by fully engaging. She is very chatty, smiley and on both occasions spent around 4 hours with my girls - in different settings but both times were great. Excellent communication on whatsap and she was always on time. Both girls asked if they could see her again, and very soon! Thank you Yolande!
