Carina cared for our 2 year old daughter for one year when my wife went back to work. We cannot speak highly enough of Carina - she is thoughtful, calm, patient, caring, and committed to her job and built a strong, healthy relationship with our daughter. Carina knows how to set and maintain appropriate boundaries and communicates extremely well. She provides helpful feedback and regular progress updates and gave us a lot of confidence in her work. Ultimately we would have continued with her if we could and she comes very highly recommended. She's also great with animals - putting up with our mischievous dog.
