Julia had agreed to start with us, met us and boys and then three days before start day she emailed to say she wouldn't start with no real reasoning. Her communication with us from the start was poor, she did not either disclose a car accident to us from the previous job until late in the process and only after a fair bit of extra questioning. She also wanted to be 'Self employed' so not via payroll so we didn't agree that. All red flags that we should have acted on in the prior weeks.
