Excellent childminder

It took me quite a while to find a childminder, and very luckily we found Bisantha. She picks my son up from Rokeby School on Kingston Hill with a few other boys, and make sure they eat their dinners and quite often reading with my son too. Bisantha is kind, responsible and with a certain discipline with the boys, she really knows how to deal with them. She also offers holiday care when she also organises activities, took the boys to the park and libraries. And I felt quite assured that Bisantha is always there for us, once my son was ill and we were unable to pick him up from the school immediately, Bisantha stepped in and looked after him till we arrive. Thank you Bisantha.

Fantastic childmider

Bisantha has looked after my eldest son since he was 23 months and my youngest since he was 8 months. She looks after them full time and I feel extremely lucky to have found such a kind and caring childminder. The boys are always happy to be dropped off and it has made the emotional challenge of returning to work that little bit easier. She cares for them as if they were her own and I know they are safe and happy whenever they are with her. Recently Bisantha has been preparing my eldest for school and, as a primary school teacher myself, I have been amazed by the work she has done with him. At first I was concerned about him going from a childminder straight to school but the preparation she is giving him fills me with confidence that he will start school happy and prepared. Bisantha has an excellent understanding of the EYFS standards and she has always been very clear in communicating their progress with me. Regular updates allow me to stay connected with the boys even when I’m at work. It will be sad when my eldest leaves for school and will no longer get to spend his day with Bisantha but I know it is a time he will look back on fondly.

A home from home

I am so pleased we found Bisantha. She is very caring and her whole family have welcomed my son as part of their family. The daily updates and photos help me to feel connected with his day, especially as he doesn't yet have the words to tell me himself! We are expecting our second in January and we will keep using Bisantha while I'm on maternity leave and I am sure 'number two' will love her as much as my son does!

Excellent childminder

I was waiting for months get back from nurseries, as moved to the area middle of the year; As nothing happened, started to look other options, and find Bisantha on the website; Just wish I have done this much earlier, as my son just loved to go to her place, every day with full of memories, and happiness;

Couldn't ask for better

When I have started looking for a childminder who was around 19 months at that time I was scared of this whole experience. It is not easy to leave your child with a stranger. But Bisantha has offered me more support than I could have imagined. And has helped a great deal for all of us to adapt to the new situation. She cares for my son and all the kids and this is the most important. And I can also see how well he is developing.

Excellent Child Minder!

My 7 y/o son has been with Bisantha and her family for about 2 years now. Initially she was a sole charge after school nanny but since early this year as a child minder. She collects my son from Rokeby School on Kingston Hill 5 days per week. My son absolutely loves his time with Bisantha and comes home every day happy and smiling. He is well looked after both in terms of play, homework, food etc as nothing is too much trouble for her. She is very good ensuring that he is prepared for his spelling tests each week, extra reading and so on. As a result he is doing very well at school. I highly recommend her.
