Phillipa is fabulous and at times became my second right hand. She is flexible, understanding, extremely professional and incredibly warm. She got my bland food loving children to eat healthy and exciting dishes. She helped and fully encouraged my daughters potty training. She taught my children to sing and sign. I would be here all day if I were to explain everything. She is my go to Childminder.
