My daughter was with Ilona throughout 2016/17 after having a poor experience in a local nursery. It became clear early on that Ilona cares deeply for the children in her charge and that child-minding is more than a job to her. It was great to have the piece of mind that my daughter would be with someone who really cared about her and that she would have a lot of fun whilst there. Ilona took on board my daughters personal preferences such as loving the outdoors going for lots of walks. The setting is great with lots of toys and a large outdoor play area used most days in the summer.

Ilona spent lots of time doing crafts with my daughter and she marked occasions teaching her about Christmas, Easter, birthdays etc

Ilona always cooked healthy meals and snacks.Ilona sent regular whatsapp pictures of my daughter, what she was doing eating, when sleeping etc.

Ilona was flexible changing days if needed if she had enough notice and even becoming part of my labour plan looking after my daughter whilst I had my second child, there was no one I trusted more.

I felt comfortable that I could give feedback and it would be welcomed and Ilona would let me know if I needed to do anything (such as bring bigger clothes thick coat etc).

My daughters language skills and confidence increased greatly whilst there, she learnt social skills like how to share and take turns. Most importantly my daughter was excited about going there and wanted to stay as long as she could.
