Firstly, the most important aspect of this review of course is Jenny's care of my son. It is without any doubt to the highest standard.
I feel when my son is with Jenny, he is treated as part of the family. If there are any concerns such as illness Jenny always alerts us immediately and monitors him closely.

He is without doubt encouraged in his development with Jenny. He was nine months old when Jenny first gave him a place under her care, and I know she and her daughter have played a huge part in developing his crawling and walking and other developmental milestones.

He is read to, encouraged to do puzzles and activities which challenge him and played with. I cannot think of a day where he has not been taken out somewhere to soft play, toddler groups or to feed the ducks or on a trip to the farm.

When I returned to work, it was huge transition to do so and to leave my son. However, I could not have asked for a smoother path. I have never seen my son upset when dropping him with Jenny, quite the opposite, he actively wants to go to her and often moans when it's time to say goodbye and go home.

He is very happy when he is collected albeit often very tired from all the fun he has had in the day.
The whole process of beginning the placement was smooth with schedule visits so he could get to know her which worked well.

Secondly, the service Jenny provides should be mentioned. We signed the contract when our son started the placement but actually Jenny goes above and beyond the 'terms and conditions'.
She is always happy and available to have contact during the day when I have felt the need and has often sent me a picture of what my son is up to that day which we are always grateful for.

Jenny makes you feel very at ease about any potential problems such as if you were stuck in traffic or stuck at work at collection time.
She ensures that my sons needs are met with snacks, activities, medication if required and affection enabling him to build healthy relationships with other people when I am not there.

I have never had any concerns and can honestly say I feel very lucky to have found Jenny to care for my son and would recommend her service.
