Helen is a wonderful, very caring childminder. She helped me out last-minute with looking after my 5-year-old daughter Emily during the Christmas holidays and we were so grateful, and she very quickly made her feel totally at home and at ease. Helen is a very conscientious person and was very keen to ensure that both Emily and I felt comfortable with her being in her care, which we did instantly. Helen's home is lovely, and her whole family was very welcoming (including her very gentle and cute dog Flash!). Emily had a fantastic time with them, going out on nice walks, doing arts and crafts activities and playing games. Helen also sent me various photos and updates during the day to reassure me that Emily was doing well. Emily is very keen to go to Helen's house again in another holiday, which is obviously a very good sign! I would 100% recommend Helen for anyone looking for some great childcare.
