initial meet for childcare job
Very Un Co operative when I met to discuss childcare for my son. I was even called a racist because I asked for some I'D from her as to where she has lived etc which is a first port of call when I am trusting someone with my child. I'm deeply offended being called that just because she is Polish. If I was then I wouldn't of even met her or replied to messages. I asked for references as well and was told she hasn't got any or a crb check and all she gave me was a few phone numbers expecting me to ring them and ask about her. Not very good recommended by myself.

This guy it's very unfriendly and talked to me like to rubbish when he noticed I'm not English. I provided my ID, proof of address and contact numbers of parents so he can talk with them about my childcare, but he even didn't look at that. He was too weirdly interested where exactly I live and he didn'g say anything about his child, probably he even doesn't have any. By the way, I'm not Polish.
