Kirsti is an absolute legend. She has been looking after my two children since they were 1 and 3 (now 5 and 7) and has been a total game changer in our house. She is brilliant with the kids and has the energy and patience I can only dream about - she constantly goes over and above, be it cooking creative, healthy meals, organizing creative and fun activities for them and accomodating any clubs / appointments and commitments that the kids have. She somehow manages to be fun (quote above is from my eldest) whilst also being firm and consistent in a way that is really supportive to me as a parent. Consensus at the school gates is that she is one of the best and she has never missed a day of work for me in all the time she has been with us. She also leaves the house much tidier than when she arrives. I honestly don't know how we ever coped without her.
I am really sad that we no longer need Kirsti now my kids are both in school as she feels like part of the family (in a good way - like a fun auntie, she never oversteps). I hope that she finds a warm and friendly family who appreciate her immesurable skills. She is far too modest in her summary on here - happy to call and give a verbal reference if you need one!
