Laura did some ad-hoc babysitting for us. My 3,5 half felt happy and confident around her and I was happy with their iteraction.
It was easy to agree on things and even in an event of a cancellation becaue of illness, Laura let me know first thing in the morning so we had some time to know in advance.
I would not think twice about giving Laura a shout should we need help again.
