Zainab is a very caring and lively person who is very flexible with everyone's needs. She dealt so well with my extremely upset son (14 mo) who then struggled settling in a busy nursery. She made him feel so comfortable and calmed him down in her quiet home setting in just less than 3days which I think is a great achievement. Thanks again for all your hard work and compassion.
