My Requirements

Hello

I am looking for a childminder for my son who will is currently 14months old. We are moving to Houghton Regis mid May/June time. My son is currently in full time childcare with a fantastic child minder and im hoping I'll be as lucky with the new one.

I and my partner are both police officers in the London area working a monthly shift patterns of earlies and lates.

We would need someone available  to drop him off between 7 and 8am with other drop off times around 12 o'clock.  Pick up times would be various too between 6-7:30pm. 

The days would be a mixture of 7-11hour days, but we would not always need cover for the full 5 days.

If your familiar with the police working hours you maybe aware that on occasions there can be a quick notice shift change and extended hours of Duty. (realistically several times a month)! So I would need an understanding of some flexibility.

We both work a monthly shift pattern  so I would need to arrange hours on a month by month basis incorporating adjustments last munute at times but could guarantee a monthly minium of 120 hours. Likely to be between 30-45 hours weekly.

Would also wish to use childcare vouchers as part payment.

I know it seems rather complicated but I wish to be honest with our realistic requirements. 

My little boy is smart, bright and and loves other children.
