When we had a third child we automatically thought of the nursery that my older two children went to. However it was just not financially possible – a blessing in disguise!!!
In my head I wanted a professional person but in a very welcoming and secure environment. I spoke to several people and had several contacts for childminders. However Sufia stood out from all of them. I instantly felt that I needed to contact her and go and see the place.
I remember our first visit (the whole clan - 5 of us) it was after 7, when we arrived, Sufia’s whole family welcomed us. Her daughters took my older two and entertained them while my husband, myself and of course my 6 month old got acquainted with Sufia. Instantly I felt re-assured! The atmosphere was so warm and only having a nursery environment to compare with I honestly felt it was like for like but a lot more homely. I knew straight away that Sufia was very professional but at the same time very caring and that my son will be looked after very well.
H was 6 months when he started with Sufia and took quite a few weeks to settle. However she managed this transition very well and kept me informed throughout the whole time. H is now 17 months and a right little character. He loves going to Aunty Sufia’s cant wait to get in! H has really developed in terms of social skills he loves interacting with other babies his age and he does not shy away from adults.
