Mrs Jaigirder has become a family over the last year since she has been looking after our daughter. Our daughter started going to her from the age of one and we can see her bloom in all aspects from the last year.

We are both professionals andr was looking for someone who could look after our daughter fulltime after my mother left UK.

I have to admit our daughter is getter better care than she would have received if I was looking after her.

Management:

Mrs Jaigerder is extremely organised and manages a routine with the children which contributes great discipline.
She maintains a separate folder with records which includes individual development records, emergency contacts, Medical information ect
She gives daily feedback on phone with their photos maintaining confidentiality of other children.

Teaching &learning, development and behaviour

She provides a learning and stimulating environment for children and therefore our daughter has stated to speak a lot earlier than her peers. She encourages children to progress on language and social skills.
They all play together and she promotes good behaviour with rewards such as tattoo..
She is strict with children not using any swear words, not watching too much television and encourages enducational activities.
Therefore all the children are very well spoken, polite and advanced than their peers.
The children have days where they take their own books and toys and share with each other.

Care quality

exceptional as my daughter is well looked after, groomed, well fed and rested.

Mrs Jaigirder involves her own family in the childminding and they are as caring and loving like her.She encourage the parents to interact and therefore we interact and therefore each family with different background contributes to any arising needs.
She is our family and we are extremely lucky that she agreed to look after our daughter and provides us with great support.
