Reason:
I was on maternity leave after my Little One and later took a sabbatical to make sure I spend time with my daughter atleast till she turns 1. My Little One was very social and open with adults however, when it came to kids, she would always take a back. Minimal interaction and quite reserved as if she had a sense of scare. Therefore despite being at home, My husband and I were looking to help our Little One develop through this.

It was then that we heard and read a lot about Sufia's child care through friend and so my husband and I decided to go and meet her. At our first meeting, our Little One was quite comfortable interacting with Sufia and so it was clear in our minds that we would send our daughter to Sufia for at least 3 days a week and this was mainly because we sensed a family kind of a feeling over and above the professional track record that Sufia has. We were introduced to her husband and kids during the first meeting giving us assurance around the safety of our child. We had no doubts whatsoever how our kid would fare up with the fact that parents are not around but were pleasantly assured by Sufia and family that she will be absolutely great.

IMPACT:
Our daughter has been with Sufia for just over a year and we are extremely thankful and pleased to send our child over. She maintains Impeccable standards of discipline and management of all her activities which are reflected on our Little One's behaviour whilst she is at home and outside.

Ensuring the safety and confidentiality of every child whilst enabling parents to take a peak into the day to day activities at her home is something that she excels at. For example; Sending us videos and pictures of our child's interactions and performing activities while ensuring that other children are not captured in the background.?
Play and learning times are fun and interactive but she ensures that the children are aware of the boundaries and maintains a disciplined decorum. Sufia's daughters also get involved during play time and learning sessions giving the children some leniency to express themselves freely.

Sufia's care is excellent and I'm never worried about my daughter's wellbeing as even during the most difficult times, Sufia's family stood by our family and provided great support. My Little One has always been a fussy eater and as she got to 16 months of age, she fell extremely ill. From the state of being anaemic, my Little One, all thanks to Sufia's hard work is safe and healthy. Couldn't have found anyone better. They are family. My daughter is now confident, pleasantly interactive with both kids and adults and disciplined.

Sufia, her husband and their kids are now more like our family friends rather than our daughter`s childminder. Kudos to Her and her team for this wonderful effort they invest in the kids. We were lucky to have another baby girl and without a doubt will surely be to going to Sufia's once she turns 1 in Aug !!
