As all parents you worry about leaving your child for the 1st time, this was even more so with returning to work in a pandemic, when your child hasn't even meet they own family members due to lockdown. Louise made our daughter feel at ease and at home, even though she was the new girl, Only left due to our own financial reasons which sad but she will make any new child feel welcome and at home.
