My Son has been with Mandy since he was 10 months old and I couldn't be happier that I found her. I met a ton of childminders that just weren't right for my Son before I finally found Mandy. It was a really tough decision to go back to work and the thought of leaving my Son with anyone at such a young age was truly heart-breaking. He is a very tactile hands-on type of child who likes a lot of attention and interaction, which was why I decided I wanted him to be in a small setting that was more personal rather than a nursery where he would be one of many. He instantly settled into Mandy's care and created really strong friendships with all the other children, they really are like his second family... some days he doesn't want to come home when I go to pick him up as he is having so much fun! Mandy does lots of different activities with the children and is very focuses on early years development, which was one of my main concerns about not sending him to Nursery. Mandy is very reliable and consistent, always giving lots of advance notice about holidays and time-off so I can plan alternative childcare accordingly, she even helped with finding a back-up childminder to cover her holidays. I couldn't recommend Mandy highly enough. I don't know what I would do without her!
