Niki came to look after our son for a temporary period of 2 months , she started with us at short notice and was able to build a trusted relationship with our son in a very short period of time. She has a calm , pleasing nature and is able to really engage with children. She is also a keen observer and tries different techniques to encourage child development. We would have hired her permanently had she not been employed by our best friend! She remains our go to person whenever we need child care cover and she is super responsive and always happy to help us out where she can. I would recommend her without a doubt to any family and we trust her completely.
