Im my experience, I sent my daughter to little learners and received a call whilst at work that she had fallen and banged her head within her first HOUR of being in this staffs care.

I had trusted this nursery and they let me down by giving excuses by saying my daughter needs to be checked into the doctors as she has a funny hip and walks all over the place.

She’s 1.

I don’t see DOCTOR’ attached to little learners services.

When I discussed the issue further i received information from the manager Jade about the ratio of staff and children - I couldn’t see how they weren’t watching my daughter if they could make such observations on her walking methods.

From her response she had said there were 3-4 staff for 8 children at a time.

That already tells me the company is taking on more than they can handle and need to be hiring more people.

I have pictures of my daughters head and it’s upsetting how her first nursery experience had to be this way . She hadn’t even been there the whole day and was unlucky to receive such a big bump on her head.
